TERMS OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION FOR CATAMARAN SAILING PHUKET
Booking is made (the voucher about 50% payment will be issued) on the receiving of 50% of the net price of the charter. The rest 50% of payment should be made before the date of the charter.
In case of the charter cancellation one month before the date of the charter – 100% compensation is provided.
In case of the charter cancellation 2 weeks before the date of the charter – 25% compensation is provided.
If the charter is cancelled less than 2 weeks before the date of the charter the compensation is not provided. The Company holds 100% of the charter.
In case of no-show of the guest in the date of the charter or cancellation of the charter by the guests less than 24 hours before the charter – The Company holds 100% of the charter.
